Job description
The job is composed of 2 main types of tasks: payroll tasks and team-tasks.
A. HR tasks - payroll
- performing all the payroll operations needed by the private firms in the portfolio for their employees, including:
- drafting payroll (=ro. statele de salarii) in Saga
- correspondence with the clients regarding labour contracts, addenda
- drafting certficates of employment (=ro. adeverinte) and other HR documents requested by the clients
- uploading documents in the salaries platform
- managing personnel files in accordance with GDPR
B. Team tasks:
- coordinating with the Accounting team, with the Tax Advisory team and the Audit team
- daily updating the team calendar
- daily review of the contacts database
- reporting
- preparing tender documentation
- updating the document management system

Recruitment procedure
- Shortlist: from the pool of candidates who express interest in this role, the HR Department draws a shortlist of candidates
- Interview: the candidates are invited for a discussion at Partner-level. This discussion includes a structured part and a non-structured part
- Trial day in the team: the candidates who receive a green light from the Partner have one day at their disposal to spend in the team, in order to explore the working environment and share feedback
- Contract signature. Before contract signature, the candidate needs to present 2 references from previous employers and to pass the medical test
- Onboarding: the successful candidate receives guidance & personalised coaching through the initial steps of the new role
